Senior Front End Developer

As a Senior Frontend Developer with a minimum of 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. Your primary focus will be on developing and enhancing frontend components using various technologies and tools. Your expertise should include a strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and tailwind CSS. Additionally, experience with Webflow for creating high-quality, custom-designed websites is required. You should have a deep understanding of performance optimization, animations (such as GSAP, Framer Motion), and complex UI interactions. In this role, you will be expected to have a solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and headless CMS integration. Familiarity with Git, frontend security best practices, and authentication methods like OAuth and JWT is crucial. Experience with various builders like Webflow, Framer, GHL, Clickfunnel, Hubspot, Kajabi, Kartra, among others, is preferred. Key responsibilities will include leading a team, managing client communication via email and calls, overseeing sprints, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with graphic designers and backend developers to create seamless, responsive, and interactive user interfaces. Ensuring accurate conversion from Figma to HTML without any errors and optimizing frontend architectures using React.js, Next.js, and Webflow will be part of your daily tasks. Moreover, you will be required to work with APIs and backend developers to integrate and test frontend components, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and debug to maintain high code quality standards.
