Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst FP&A Location : Chennai, India (Work from Office) Company : Prochant India Pvt. Ltd. Experience Required : 3 to 5 Years Industry : Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management / BPO / KPO / Analytics Department : Finance & Accounts Role Overview We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team . You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling, and strategic business support. Key Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting cycles and manage monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts. Build and maintain complex financial models including P&L, cash flow, and scenario analysis. Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) with insightful commentary. Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and KPI decks for Board reviews. Automate reports using Excel (macros) and BI tools like Power BI/Tableau. Partner with Operations, Sales, IT, and HR to convert business inputs into financial outcomes. Support business cases, investment analysis, and profitability evaluations. Drive FP&A process improvements and assist in implementing tools like Adaptive Planning/Anaplan. Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with SOX 404 and audit documentation. Requirements Education: Bachelor's in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CFA (preferred). Experience: 3 to 5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting roles with ownership of forecasts and financial analysis. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas) BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau (preferred) Financial Planning Systems: Adaptive Planning, Anaplan ERP: Oracle, SAP Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Effective communication with non-financial stakeholders Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities Why Join Us?
