Source, identify, and engage with top-tier finance professionals through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for finance roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers and candidates. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of finance professionals for current and future hiring needs. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to hiring managers. Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to the overall success of the HR function. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system. Required skills & Qualifications : Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Recruiter with a focus on finance positions. In-depth knowledge of finance roles, industry trends, and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. T he Job responsibilities of the candidate shall include but not limited to the Job Description & to perform any other tasks/functions as required by the Company.
