Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition (Architect Hiring)

Role Overview:

Senior Executive Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for
architect-level positions
across multiple technology domains (e.g., Application, Cloud, Enterprise, Data, Security, Infra)
Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HRBPs to understand role requirements, team structures, and project objectives
Build and execute strong sourcing strategies using headhunting, LinkedIn, market mapping, and niche tech platforms
Evaluate candidates for deep technical expertise, solutioning capabilities, and architectural thinking
Facilitate the interview process including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and offer discussions
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for key architect roles and support proactive hiring needs
Provide regular reports on hiring status, pipeline metrics, TAT, and market intelligence
Ensure exceptional candidate experience and employer branding during the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Engineering, or related field
58 years of experience in
IT talent acquisition
, with strong exposure to
architect-level hiring
Solid understanding of technical architecture concepts and various IT domains (Cloud, Microservices, API, Data, DevOps, Security)
Proven experience hiring for roles like
Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Data Architect, Cloud Architect, etc.
Excellent sourcing skills via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche tech channels
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
