Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

Job Responsibilties:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of day-to-day supply chain operations , including procurement, production planning, dispatches, inventory management, logistics, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth and timely flow of materials and information's.
• Manage and maintain accurate documentation and records related to procurement, inventory, logistics and vendor transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and any external audit requirement.
• Support team members in administrative tasks related to supply chain operations , including data compilation, report preparation, documentations and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and follow-up with Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMOs) to ensure adherence to supply timelines, proactively addressing delays and aligning schedules with internal planning and production requirements.
• Plan and coordinate dispatches of RM & FG from warehouse and CMOs locations, ensuring timely delivery in line with production and distribution schedules.
• Ensure timely dispatch and confirm receipt of materials by the clients.
• Prepare the Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Order, obtain the necessary approvals and Forward them to the CMOs.
• Develop a comprehensive ordering plan and generate necessary reports in alignment with specified requirements and timelines.
• Liaise with the respective teams / departments to ensure coordination on routine material requirements and schedule meetings as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
• Manage all forms of communication and correspondence both internal and external as per the directions provided, ensuring clarity, accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Visit the warehouse during dispatches to oversee the process and ensure accurate and up-to-date stock records are maintained.
• Promote and implemented supply chain practices that support sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
• A comprehensive understanding of import documentation and related processes is preferred.
• Conduct a detailed analysis of shipping and delivery data, with a strategic focus on identifying and implementing opportunities for process optimization.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by management, as needed, on an ongoing basis.

New Product Development (NPD) Knowledge - Strong grasp of the end-to-end NPD process, from idea generation to market launch. Skilled in market analysis, concept development, prototyping and cross functional coordination. Experienced in using structure frame work agile methods to deliver innovative, market ready products efficiently.
