Manage supply chain operations, including master data management, order management, demand and supply planning, and inventory control.
1) Order to Cash cycle timeline management and improvement as per KPI given
2) Liasoning and coordination with suppliers, customers (both internal and external) and ensuring smooth execution of orders
3) Innovation and technology upgradation for better order management
4) Customer Support and service through regular updates on pending orders
5) MIS reporting on order execution timelines and related measures
6) Team management skills
7) Proficiency in MS Office and ERP usage
8) Good communication skills
