Role & responsibilities 1. Handling recruitment, screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, background checks, Joining formalities, Administration activities, Leave management, Attendance, Induction programs, etc. 2. Maintaining employee data in company-specific HR tools and also MS Excel whenever necessary. 3. Administrative work such as making transfers, preparing and sharing the companys HR templates, notices, keeping records, and reviewing HR Policies. 4. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave policy, 5. compensation, and other company policies and resolve any issues that may arise. 6. Ensure compliance with labour regulations and Statutory Compliances. 7. Employees PF & ESI registrations, GMC Insurance policies, PF claims and nominations & Bills follow-ups. 8. Organize annual employee performance reviews Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. 9. Interested candidates should have good verbal and written communication skills and must be proficient in English and Hindi.
