Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily branch operations including cash transactions, account processing, and customer service
  • Ensure adherence to banking policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Assist customers with their queries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and operations
  • Support branch staff and assist in training new team members
  • Identify and report operational risks or discrepancies
  • Prepare routine reports related to branch operations

Requirements:

  • Experience in banking operations or similar roles
  • Good knowledge of banking products and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
