Senior Engineer SCM/Planner

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Running the MRP based on budget to share the requirements to OSP, PURCHASE, IN-HOUSE & INTER UNITS. Running MRP every month first working day to share the weekly material requirements to OSP, PURCHASE, IN-HOUSE & INTER UNITS based on weekly assembly plan Weekly twice MRP run & release the PR for materials & job orders release . Production Planning and Scheduling of Products & Spares - Monitoring, Follow up to Achieve the Target Fixed. Conducting the Daily Production review meeting & discuss about the previous day assembly plan pending with achievements & Next day assembly plan. Spare orders - Planning & follow-up up to despatch. Material planning for New Product pilot batch production & execution . Coordinating with Assembly , Testing ,Packing and Sale for Daily Dispatch , Billing MPO Orders, Project Orders, Export Orders, Spares & Urgent Orders - Planning & execution. Spare orders - Planning & followup upto despatch Material planning for New Product pilot batch production & execution Attending the weekly review meeting & Pilot batch review meeting. Monitor the Excess Inventory & take action to reduce the inventory. Review of Safety stocks & ROL/ROQ for long lead time items based on Forecast /past consumption. Conducting the Monthly review meeting with all Departments & discuss about the previous month backlog & achievements. Manual PR creation due to stock variation & Follow-up. ECN/ECO changes review. Coordinating with Quality for Urgent material inspection, rejection STK Plan, Rework Dismantling. Coordinating with Coding Dept for BOM Change, Buyer name Item master Error Correction, Sourcing Rule Updating. Esclating the issues which is affecting the production. Co-ordinating with ME Dept, To update the Routing, Job order closing monitoring (Revision Issue), Overdue Job orders review Preferred candidate profile B.E- Mechanical with 5+ years of experience in Production planning and control/SCM role in Engineering Industry.
