Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer- QA Manual to join our team at IRIS SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 9 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with expertise in manual testing and quality assurance.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Design and implement automated testing scripts using various tools and technologies.
Analyze and report defects found during testing, providing detailed bug reports.
Participate in agile development methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Conduct performance and stress testing to ensure scalability and reliability.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with manual testing techniques, including black box and white box testing.
Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appium is desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced development environment.
