Release Daily production plan for all Assembly lines.
Release Monthly production plan based on customer requirement.
Annual and 6 month forecast for production and line load review.
Monthly Production plan meeting with all supporting departments.
Gap analysis of low OEE / Bekido rate of production.
Effeceint utilization of resources.
Release Kanban to production lines.
Ensure the availability of FG Stock as per norms.
Monitor the activity/events as per master schedule.
Physical inventory of WIP.
