Senior Engineer - Network Stack Development

As a Qualcomm Software Engineer, your role will involve designing, developing, modifying, and validating embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and specialized utility programs to launch cutting-edge, world-class products that exceed customer expectations. Collaboration with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and other teams will be essential to design system-level software solutions and gather information on performance requirements and interfaces. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of Software Engineering experience - OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 1+ year of Software Engineering experience - OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field - 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. Title: Senior Engineer Job Function: Network Stack Development with AI Skills/Experience Required: - 3-5 years of proficiency in C/C++ programming languages and Linux operating systems - Strong understanding of Networking concepts, particularly with L3/L4 (Layer 3/Layer 4) experience - Knowledge of AI/ML concepts Responsibilities: - Contribute to the design and implementation of AI modules for network stack components - Perform thorough testing to ensure the reliability and performance of the developed components Education Requirements: - BE/MTech/MS in a relevant field Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing accessible processes for individuals with disabilities.
