Role & responsibilities Holding the responsibility of maintaining Mould Shop OEE Responsible for: -Streamlining workflow and to enhance productivity . - Ensuring 100% compliance of Plan vs actual. - Follow IATF procedure and documentation. - To guide & motivate people to work towards highest level of efficiency & productivity - Maintain discipline on the shop floor. - Practicing maximum utilization of manpower , machinery. creating team work environment. - Mould shop improvement . - Loss analysis with action plan . - Rejection analysis with reduction plan Preferred candidate profile -CIPET Diploma in Mechanical Engineering -Adequate knowledge in plastics injection molding process Competencies : Knowledge and Skills -Having Strong knowledge of plastics material processing with injection molding machine -Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output. -Calibration of process equipment as per IATF requirements - OEE improvement - Identifying the areas for cost saving & Implementation of these projects - Root cause analysis ( Rejection, down time machine/tool ) -Productivity improvement (SMED , Cycle time improvement ) - Working with SAP - Problem solving with QC srory approach - Taking corrective action on Process audit conducted by Quality Department - Standardize process parameter to produce defect free product - Monitoring daily rejection & effectiveness of action plan decided for the same
