As a Salesforce Developer/Consultant/Administrator at Aristocrat, you will be responsible for building a portfolio of business solutions that integrate with Aristocrat's Global ERP, BI, CRM, and PLM solutions. Your key accountabilities will include delivering high-quality work to clients while ensuring adherence to Aristocrat methodologies and ensuring client satisfaction. You should possess a strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration, including developing code, Lightning Web Components, custom objects, Visual Force pages, Apex, reports, workflows, and assignment rules. Your experience should extend to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Community Portal. Additionally, you are expected to have a solid knowledge of CI/CD, Automated release, Version Control, IDE, as well as proficiency in Open-Source programming languages like Java and JSON. In this role, you will need to develop, implement, and maintain detailed work plans with traceable requirements, appropriate controls, governance structures, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes. Collaboration with the technical lead is crucial to ensure mastery of best practices, high code quality, and alignment with Aristocrat's long-term goals. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any gaps in skills, processes, or the delivery of work. Your expertise should cover all aspects of Salesforce configuration, development, integration, and customization in complex environments. You will develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives. Effective communication with project managers, product managers, administrators, and other developers will be essential to design cohesive project strategies and ensure collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment. Being part of an agile team, you should be comfortable with quick changes in priorities and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Understanding Salesforce Governor Limits, Code Coverage, Standard Objects, and Business Processes is necessary. Your strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills will be put to use to complete assigned work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field, with at least 6+ years of relevant technical experience and 5+ years of full-time Salesforce experience. It is essential to have experience working with globally distributed teams and hold Salesforce Developer/Consultant/Administrator certification. Apart from technical skills, non-technical requirements include strong communication skills, being process-oriented, proactive reporting of work status, setting high standards for deliverables, and thinking creatively.
