Senior Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Analytics Engineering Team In this role, you will design and build enterprise-grade dashboards that empower customers with data-driven insights you'll collaborate across teams to create intuitive, responsive interfaces and ensure a high-quality user experience across our platform What You Will Learn To Do Build and optimize high-performance, scalable analytics dashboards using React js and modern frontend tools Translate complex data into intuitive, interactive visualizations for enterprise users Collaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ship robust, maintainable features Write clean, modular, and we'll-tested code that aligns with modern frontend best practices Contribute to UI/UX decisions and continuously improve design and user experience Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring within the team Our Frontend Stack: React, Redux, Webpack (Major) Jquery, VanillaJS (Limited) HTML5, CSS3 (Limited) What We Need: 4-7 years of experience in frontend development, especially with Reactjs and TypeScript Strong understanding of JavaScript, browser rendering, and performance optimization Experience with data visualization tools like D3js, Chartjs, or similar libraries Familiarity with building interactive dashboards and handling large datasets Understanding of UI/UX principles with attention to usability and design detail Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and frontend testing frameworks (Bonus) Exposure to analytics platforms, data engineering concepts, or B2B SaaS environments Hybrid Work at Eightfold: We embrace a hybrid work model that aims to boost collaboration, enhance our culture, and drive innovation through a blend of remote and in-person work
