Position Summary: Lead strategic HR initiatives for Walmart Global Tech by partnering with business leaders to shape people strategies that align with organizational goals and drive measurable outcomes. Champion a culture of growth, innovation, and accountability while building and developing talent within a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. Key Responsibilities: Drive strategic HR leadership by translating business needs into actionable plans. Foster a customer-centric culture that embraces adaptability, continuous learning, and innovation. Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, workforce planning, succession, and development strategies. Manage and mentor a team of People Partners to ensure consistent employee experiences aligned with business priorities. Embed company values and promote integrity, accountability, and transparency across HR practices. Guide organizational change with empathy, helping leaders navigate transformations effectively. Standardize HR processes to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency. Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions, uncover insights, and mitigate risks. Qualifications: 18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in fast-growing technology sectors. Demonstrated success in designing scalable HR frameworks that support growth. Expertise in employee experience, performance management, and organizational development. Exceptional influencing and collaboration skills across all organizational levels, including executive leadership. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HR systems and reporting tools. Proven ability to lead change, build high-performing teams, and foster engagement.
