Senior Developer, Salesforce

As a Senior Developer at Bentley Systems, you will be a key part of the transformational journey to modernize sales, marketing, data, and ERP platforms. Your role will involve designing and implementing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions using various platform tools such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. Collaborating with architects and business stakeholders, you will translate requirements into technical designs aligned with enterprise standards. Your responsibilities will include leading the development and deployment of custom applications, integrations, and enhancements across Sales Cloud and CPQ. It will be essential to ensure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and secure coding practices, as well as troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments. You will also lead the evolution of Salesforce development standards and DevOps practices, mentor junior developers, and participate in Agile ceremonies. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 6 years of development experience, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow. Possessing the Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is required, and additional certifications like Application Architect and Integration Architect are a plus. Experience with Salesforce integrations, Git-based version control, CI/CD tools, and automated testing frameworks is crucial.
