Roles and Responsibilities: Design, Modeling, Detailing and Documentation: Design of Plumbing systems (2D & 3D). Construction documentation (BIM). o Detailed design (BIM). Provide design options as per the project scope. Calculate space requirements for proper equipment layout. Designs room layouts. Calculations using engineering formulas to design plumbing requirements. Lays out portions of piping systems based on schematic layout by Project Lead. Model apartment layouts based on examples for different size apartments. Model pipe risers based on single line mark-ups. o QC: Follow project QC checklist: Plumbing o Implement QC standards across the assigned projects: Plumbing Maintain the same level of quality on all deliverables in all the assigned projects/tasks: Plumbing Client Coordination: Daily / Weekly status calls with client to update the task status along with the Project Lead. Capture and analyze the client requirements: Plumbing Deliver the tasks to clients as per the schedule with the supervision of the project lead. Skillset: Technical Skills: Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, BIM360, and BlueBeam. Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of USA plumbing standards, plumbing systems design, and working on USA projects. Project Experience: Experienced in data centers, commercial, residential, mixed-use buildings, sports facilities, stadiums, office and hospital buildings. Qualifications: B. Tech / M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
