Senior Communications Specialist

As an integral part of the Hy-Vee team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the overall branding and communication strategy for HST Global. Your role will involve developing internal and external branding strategies, driving employer branding in collaboration with the recruitment team, and enhancing HST Global's social media presence through effective channel identification to increase engagement and establish HST Global as the preferred partner. You will play a key role in managing HST Global's website, ensuring timely content updates, and upholding communication standards within the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all internal and external communications for HST Global, working closely with the communications team in the US to align strategies with the Hy-Vee brand and language, and organizing internal and external events with multiple vendors. To excel in this role, you are expected to possess excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, along with strong project management abilities. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in Corporate Communications and Branding, bringing a wealth of expertise to contribute to the growth and success of HST Global.
