Role & responsibilities : 1. Manage Large Product releases, coordinate with various business partners, identify risks and dependencies and mitigate production Deployment Conflicts 2. Create, plan, coordinate and control production changes using Service Now tool, including urgent security-related changes 3. Manage business priorities and tight timelines for urgent changes: guide delivery and operational teams through urgent/embargo deployment processes 4. Facilitate and chair Release Strategy meetings and MOP (Method of Procedure) reviews which includes identification and mitigation of risks 5. Ability to communicate clearly with the large group of participants: define change's purpose, steps and backup plan Create and Maintain Release Management Calendar; host weekly calendar review meetings; create Production Change requests on daily basis in Service Now and obtain full change approval; mitigate deployment risks and potential collisions with other changes. Secure Deployment Bridge Facilitator and communicate deployment plan to all change participants and impacted applications. Familiarity with the Service Now tool. Preferred candidate profile : Experience managing large product releases , good communication skills.
