Job Description

Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the IT services and IT contract staffing sectors in the Pen India region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, with a focus on C-level executives, ensuring a long-term partnership and value delivery.
Present and sell Neosofts suite of services to prospective clients, effectively articulating the company’s value proposition.
Identify business opportunities and lead the sales cycle from lead generation through to closing, ensuring all objectives are met.
Drive consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs for the region, maintaining a high level of accountability for performance.
Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of services and meeting client expectations.
Manage the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, and presentations as part of the bidding process.
Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals successfully.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitors, and client needs to drive business intelligence and innovative solutions.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients’ satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to meet challenges head-on.
