Position: Senior Business Analyst Experience: 8-10 years Category: Software Development/ Engineering Shift Timing: General Shift Location: Bangalore Position ID: J0625-1323 Employment Type: Full Time Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 8 years of relevant experience. Facilitate meetings to gather requirements and provide project updates. Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements. Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to ensure alignment with client needs and regulatory standards. Create and maintain clear and detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and process flows. Write and maintain functional design and documentation. Develop and update project documentation, including business cases, use cases, and functional specifications. Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers and developers, ensuring the determination of various integrations, flows, and dependencies of features across the product. Review functional design documents, user stories, and other functional artifacts to ensure alignment with business needs. Develop new test scripts, modify existing scripts, run test scripts, and log defects. Perform system testing. Conduct testing of existing capabilities. Work with the technical team in defect resolution. Make necessary updates to the system and training documentation. Confirm the transfer of knowledge as necessary throughout the project. Resolve customer issues. Build product knowledge. Work with the delivery/development teams by driving towards the product roadmap. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Must to have Skills- Member should have experience in handling Financial, ERP applications. Member should have basic understanding of Finance and concepts. Member should have presentation skills Knowledge in ERP - Finance with specialization in AP, AR, GL, Budgeting, Procurement. Finance domain Is base expectation. Preferably should have experience in developing an ERP or modules in ERP. Should have finance educational background and well versed with Finance concepts Work as in individual contributor along with peers, customers, delivery, development and quality assurance teams and deliver product roadmap Drive and propose solutions that provide an enhanced user experience as a key area of focus aligned with the emerging trend in the market Provide tangible solutions and guidance on issues and queries from various stakeholders. Should have experience in mentoring members.
