Role & responsibilities : Setting sales targets for the team and individual representatives. Maintains and expands customer base by counselling ASMs, BMs, identifying new customer opportunities. Contributing and achieving regional sales targets with a focus on identification and development of new accounts and opportunities in the region. Initiate market activities to grow sales & explore new markets/avenues. Monitoring teams performance and motivating them to reach targets. Responsible for developing and servicing the Dealer/Distributor channel to promote the brand and increase the regional sales volume for distribution and projects. Involved in client management and Relationship building with the channel partners for business generation, penetration and support. Expanding dealers and sub-dealer network. Product Ranges : Chimney, Cook-top, HOB etc.
