Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with proven experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, and EAD consultants, and a successful track record of placements through direct clients, implementation partners, and tier-1 vendors. This is a full-time, Work From Office role based in Hyderabad.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.

Deep understanding of US IT staffing processes, job boards, and visa classifications.

Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, TechFetch, CareerBuilder, etc.

Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.

Willing to work night shifts (aligned with US working hours).
