Senior Associate for Trademarks & Copyright

We are seeking a Senior Associate with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience to join our Trademarks & Copyright team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advising clients on trademark prosecution, opposition/cancellation, and enforcement matters. It is essential to have the ability to handle day-to-day client deliverables independently, preferably at an IP law firm. Experience with the lifecycle of a trademark application is a must, and familiarity with copyright prosecution would be advantageous. The candidate should possess excellent drafting and analytical skills, along with the capacity to supervise and mentor a team of associates and paralegals. Additionally, experience in reviewing documents and opinions, as well as managing multiple matters in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, is crucial.
