Job Qualifications You're a great match for this role if you: Experience in International Voice Process ( Voice Experience will be a added advantage ) Can join immediately or within 30 days. Experience: 0 to 3 Years exp (Any international voice process) Are known for clear and professional communication - both written and verbal Are organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Are flexible to work in 24/7 Shifts & Night Shifts. Education - Any Graduates BA, B. Will be reviewing claims, and doing follow up through calling (Outbound and Inbound calls) Retrieving Claim related documents, obtain additional information (if missing) Completing all necessary forms, and routes them to the appropriate parties Updating the claim information and handling the task Key Responsibilities . Manages and handle Out bound and inbound calls Be able to handle any requests regarding customer documentation (to include all documents sent out by our company) and be able to clearly explain them including any follow-ups required on our customers part and updates as warranted Working knowledge of insurance policies and related processes and procedures. Demonstrates accuracy in processing changes to customer policies based on the information provided and identifies opportunities for cross sales (if applicable). Employs probing questions and actively listens to customer issues or questions, showing interest and compassion and displaying empathy for the callers situation. Ensure facilitation of first call resolution and customer satisfaction on all transactions handled. Resolve routine, complex, and unique questions/issues. and make payments. Inputs and tracks into the appropriate databases If offered the role, you will go through training. You will receive ongoing support, mentoring and coaching as you develop in your career. Good Work.
