Senior Analyst- Global Compensation (US)

As a Senior Analyst, Global Compensation with 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience, you will play a vital role in the Total Rewards team within the larger Global HR Shared Services. Your main responsibilities will include contributing to the strategic development, seamless implementation, and effective ongoing administration of worldwide compensation programs. You will be pivotal in conducting job evaluations, market pricing analyses, participating in salary surveys, and benchmarking initiatives, and assisting in the implementation and administration of compensation programs and reward initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the accurate administration of new job creations on our HRMS and maintaining the job architecture framework. Your key responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the job architecture framework, ensuring timely and accurate creation of new jobs within the system, maintaining a comprehensive job inventory, supporting stock administration reporting, and platform maintenance. You will also provide guidance and support to HR Managers on salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, and job changes while participating in salary survey data collection and reporting. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree, with Graduation in Business Management and Project Management experience as added advantages. Certification in Compensation would be an added advantage, along with 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in compensation databases and HRIS systems, excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
