Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. AI/ML Engineer to join our team and drive the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, strong programming skills, and experience working with large datasets in a production environment. This role requires the ability to design, implement, and scale AI solutions that solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
• Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve model performance and reliability.
• Work with large-scale datasets and develop data pipelines for training and inference.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML research and technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
