Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : The Senior AI/ML Engineer will work under the oversight of the Head of Engineering and assist with all the GenAI/ML, NLP, and DS development responsibilities below: Design, develop, and maintain code for GenAI, ML, NLP, DS Services of our platforms and products. Collaborate with other stakeholders to design scalable services, plan feature roll-out, and ensure high security, reliability, and performance of our products. Design and build complex GenAI and ML systems that can scale rapidly with little maintenance. Able to lead and successfully complete AI/NLP/DS projects without major guidance from a lead. Respond to and troubleshoot complex problems quickly, efficiently, and effectively. Handle multiple competing priorities in an agile, fast-paced environment. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience. 3-6 years of relevant work experience as an AI/ML/NLP Engineer with a focus on Generative AI. Strong proficiency in Python programming language and related frameworks including FastAPI, Django. Experience with ML/DL frameworks and libraries such as ScikitLearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch and Keras. Experience in NLP techniques including sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and named entity recognition & NLP tools such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and AI/ML algorithms and techniques. Proficiency in SQL and database design. Experience with NoSQL database will be preferred. Experience with any one of the BI tools: Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio PREFERRED SKILLS : Python, GenAI, ML, NLP, Deep Learning, ML-Ops, Data Science, Workflow Automation, BI, REST API
