Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our advanced AI team. This role focuses on designing and deploying Large Language Model (LLM)-based systems, with an emphasis on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and MLOps pipelines. You will be responsible for building cutting-edge generative AI applications using modern frameworks like LangChain, Huggingface Transformers, and LLM orchestration tools. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement AI/ML models, including Generative AI (Gen AI) models for real-world applications. Develop APIs and integrate AI models into full-stack applications. Build and maintain web applications using front-end and back-end technologies. Optimize AI models for performance, efficiency, and deployment in cloud environments. Research and experiment with the latest AI trends, including Chatbots, Image & Text Generation, and AI-driven automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-driven solutions. Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and scalability. Build scalable RAG pipelines using FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, and RAGAS Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong programming skills in Python. Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (TensorFlow, PyTorch). Hands-on experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL). Knowledge of front-end technologies (React.js). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Understanding of DevOps, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of MLOps & Cloud (Vertex AI, SageMaker, MLFlow, Kubeflow, Terraform). Familiarity with LLM Technologies (GPT-4, Claude, Huggingface, Transformers, LangChain). Knowledge of Test Automation.
