We are looking for candidates with Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degrees, particularly those from leading engineering institutions. Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of practical experience in natural language processing and machine learning, gained through previous roles, academic projects, or independent endeavors. Proficiency in Python and deep learning toolkits such as PyTorch and HuggingFace is essential. Candidates should also possess experience in training neural network models for natural language processing applications, in addition to a genuine passion for artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and machine learning. A strong command of the English language is also required. As a member of the QuillBot team, your responsibilities will include designing and developing natural language technologies like paraphrasing, grammar checking, and summarization. You will be tasked with selecting and implementing cutting-edge methods from the realms of natural language processing and machine learning to address various challenges. Optimization of solutions, development of internal tools for AI component creation, and data analysis to enhance performance will be key aspects of the role. You will also collaborate with other AI teams, contribute innovative ideas, and stay abreast of the latest developments in natural language processing and machine learning research.
