Senior AI Consultant

The Senior AI Consultant role at G+D involves enabling RAG-based use cases through fine-tuning and prompt engineering expertise. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable RAG solutions, designing tailored workflows, and driving user training to ensure optimal performance and scalability of AI applications. Your key responsibilities will include interpreting business needs for structured RAG use cases, advising on RAG workflows, configuring the SaaS platform, optimizing LLMs for chatbots and text analytics, and leading user training sessions for continuous improvement. Required skills for this role include a strong background in AI/ML with hands-on experience in generative AI and RAG methodologies, working knowledge of Agentic AI & MCP concepts, proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, as well as excellent communication and consultative skills to bridge tech and business needs. Preferred qualifications for the Senior AI Consultant position include proven production-grade deployment of RAG solutions, experience with large-scale datasets and vector databases like FAISS and Milvus, and a solid understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
