Communication Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Remind patients of upcoming appointments and recall visits. Relay messages between patients and clinical staff accurately. Compliance & Confidentiality Adhere to HIPAA or local privacy regulations. Ensure all paperwork and procedures follow dental office protocols.
