Job Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to join our team and help protect our premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of awareness, professionalism, and integrity at all times. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and patrol premises regularly (on foot or via surveillance systems) Control access to the property and check identification when necessary Respond promptly to alarms or suspicious activity Write detailed daily reports and incident reports as needed Assist visitors and employees in a courteous and professional manner Ensure all security equipment and systems are functioning properly Follow company protocols in emergency situations (e.g., fire, medical, or evacuation) Enforce company rules, regulations, and safety procedures Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position (preferred) Valid security license or guard card (as required by local/state laws) Strong observational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and in team settings Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
