Security Admin

DESCRIPTION Security Administration team is responsible to manage the security admin operations of Colruyt Group.

The main responsibility of this team is to deal with the standard security requests & changes.

This team is the central point of contact for User Management requests across Linux, MF & Windows environments.

All security related questions are handled by this team and involve other security teams as necessary to meet the desired result.

Our objective is to check, improve & guarantee the quality of security administration with the appointment of an IT Security Administrator, who can support this team in India.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Good communication skills (send/receive, verbal/non-verbal/written, timings, anticipating impacts,) in English.

2. A self-driven individual who can think ahead takes a proactive approach, quick learner and having a strong sense of ownership.

3. With respect to the operational management of security environment (2nd line support).

4. You will be responsible & actively take part in all security operations and report on your tasks/activities.

5. Identify, and apply, when necessary, the best practices to handle standard security requests related to IT user management as per the set guidelines & established procedures.

6. Identify, analyze and troubleshoot security related incidents/problems and provide permanent fixes (as level 2 support).

7. Coordinate and communicate with various parties involved in incident/problem management.

8. Escalate technical issues effectively based on priority, impact & ensure resolution

9. Identify and recommend changes based on operating experience.

10. Generate log and audit reports, submit for review, cleaning up the accounts and access to the users.

11. Maintain proper documentation to ensure compliance with the established processes, and procedures.

12. Create solutions and publish them to the Internal Knowledge base.

13. Good to have knowledge on ACF2.

CyberArk Admin or SailPoint Admin or Security Operations Admin preferred.
