Job description Experience Level- 2-4 Years Department- Investment Banking Responsibilities Supporting our clients on multiple industries and preparing presentations, comprehensive spreadsheets, valuation models, capital market reports, company focused discussion documents, studying & analyzing different business & financial models in a particular industry Managing delivery & execution of projects on ECM side, including capital market updates, newsletters, shareholder / ownership analysis, investor analysis & targeting, IPO analysis, new issuance analysis, overweight / underweight analysis, crossholding analysis, etc. Manage project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction. Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment. Conducting analysis & performing various recurring market data decks, news-runs, along with quality control check of the outgoing reports/packs. Demonstrate strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment. Competencies: MBA/ CFA/ CA Experience of 2-4 years in Equity Capital market teams of Investment banking division of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy, advisory firm. Hiring for candidates with experience in Equity Capital Market for our Investment Banking team Opportunity The candidate will work dedicatedly with an investment bank and will be responsible for end-to-end management of the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) analysis, including market updates, newsletters, precedent equity transaction analysis, investor profiles, valuation, benchmarking, investor-targeting analysis and deal commentary. The candidate will be in direct interaction with client and responsible for final delivery of projects.
