Role & responsibilities Direct Purchase Buyer: Roles and responsibilities knowledge area: Identifying suppliers having expertise into seating commodity including Weatherstrips, Rubber Molding, Door Handles, Mirrors, Spoilers and Claddings, Exterior Plastics including Molding, Chrome plating and Painting parts Lead and execute sourcing process; floating RFQs, Technical review meetings, supplier negotiation and contract release Should have excellent knowledge about negotiation tools Drive annual contract cost down and generate saving ideas to improve material cost Work closely with VAVE function to drive saving ideas Sourcing expertise to drive localization of imported parts Support cross functional team to drive required inputs from suppliers to achieve desired results Support SQE and SC for on time readiness / delivery of product and services

Audit documents of design. Create and approve Product Testing and Validation Plan as per Product/ Customer Requirement. Checking Design Robustness with quality of documents release, QPR due to design and ECN due to design be Zero Required Candidate profile -checking design document transferred to production without any major observation.

Product Planning & Management, Budgeting and long term business planning, Detailed product costing, RFQ handling, Experience to handle 2W or 4W Customer, preparation of NFR & PFR for all RFQs handled for respective product line Required Candidate profile Must be doing direct sales of bus passenger seats to Bus Body Builders, Bus Fleet Operators & Commercial Vehicle OEM's in North India. We are urgently hiring for - "Design Engineer - Seat Structure" for our Global MNC. ***Looking for - Immediate to 60 days notice period candidates ***** Experience - 4+ yrs Work Locatio n - Pune, Hinjewadi ( Work from Office ) JD - Main aim for job - Works in Seats Structure Design department. Creates/develops/realizes Seat Structure designs in CATIA V5, that dictates the geometric form and describe the control of manufactured products. Active in development of concepts in accordance with customer requirements and Product Workshops. Develops design concepts into qualitative cost effective designs. - Must be a team player and is ready to work as independent contributor or as part of the team. - When required represents all design activities during product development, which calls for close co-operation with project engineer and test engineer. Interfaces and seeks agreement on design details, perhaps with customer/suppliers. - Is eager to learn and aligns personal learning objectives with the growth path of the department and company. - Duties & Resposibilities 1. Independently creats and modifies designs, concepts, assembly drawings, single part drawings, bill of materials for new and series production products in accordance with: Company standards and procedures, Product workshops, inputs from various Project CFTs, Customer specification, GD&T Use of standard components, Considering maximum carry over of designs and parts, Company production feasibilities and standards, Seats Legal requirements, internal and external norms and standards, 2. Perform technical calculations (strength, weight, package), simulations (kinematics, Catia GAS and GPS) and organize complex technical calculations and interprete results. 3. Capable of calculating functional dimensions and tolerances in accordance with the results of testing and simulation. 4. Detailing of concepts, designs and changes in close coordination with design engineer, test, sample building, production planning and purchasing. 5. Realization of principle investigations for product improvement, realization of innovations. 6. Active participation in development team meetings, formal design/engineering reviews (various design checklists, DFMEA, FEM meetinges, specification review, etc), and other review meetings with CFTs like Test Engineer and Project Engineer etc... 7. Takes ownership and ensures designs being made available in a timely manner to support releases, co-ordinates/negotiates on alternate design completion dates. 8. Is open to share his expertise and knowledge within the team and with other CFTs. Organizational complexity of duties ( interface ) – Customer team(Europe, NA and Asia): Technical support Production planning / plant: Considering feasibility issues, support within design related production issues Component development(SKE): Using the standard component tool kit consequently Advanced development(ZVE): Picking up adv. development concepts and transfer up to SOP Test / FEA(SVS): Common fixation of critical tests, analysis and measure definition Customer(internal(SKS) and external): Technical counterpart within design related tasks Quality department: support within design related issues Standardisation department: consulting for design related latest standards and norms in projects

We are urgently hiring for - " Simulation Engineer Seats Structure - BS Seat System - LS Dyana for our Global MNC. ****Looking for - Immediate to 60 days notice period candidates **** Experience - 5+ yrs Location - Pune, Hinjewadi ( Work from Office ) JD - Simulation Engineer Seats Structure - BS Seat System Main Aim of Job Crash and Static analysis of ‘Seat Components’ and ‘Seats Structure’: Using ANSA software as pre-processor build FEA assemblies of Seat system in LS-Dyna deck profile for mechanism level and full Seats Structure level analysis. - Sub tasks include: Meshing, Weld & Bolt connections, Material update, Sets and contact update, penetration removal, loadcase setup, zero ms check run, loadcase calculation (static/dynamic strength in Dyna), checklist update, postprocess & report preparation, and deliver file to senior colleagues in Pune / Global counterpart. Duties – Crash and Static analysis of ‘Seat Components’ and ‘Seats Structure’: 1. Study the input work content, estimate the effort hours and prepare execution plan. 2. Perform meshing, material, sets, connections update as per Brose standard practices. 3. Build FE models of systems and subsystems using ANSA as per Brose modeling guidelines. 4. Check the file as per checklists, perform calculation. Post process results and prepare report. General: 5. Communicate to the team lead and counterparts about project progress in a timely manner. 6. Document the lessons learnt in projects and do knowledge sharing on regular basis. 7.
