Search Engine Marketing Executive

We are seeking a talented and analytical SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As an SEM Executive, you will be responsible for managing all paid search campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Bing, and other search engines. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to achieve client goals and drive traffic to our websites through paid search advertising. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns across various search engines. Write compelling and high-quality ad copy for paid search ads. Monitor campaign performance and budget pacing daily to ensure KPIs and targets are met. Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance. A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates. Collaborate with other team members to align SEM strategy with overall marketing objectives. Generate performance reports and communicate results to stakeholders on a regular basis. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. Proven experience managing SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms. Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics or similar tools. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Google Ads certification (preferred but not required). Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
