To be successful in this role, you should hold a Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or have comparable experience, possess a deep understanding of ADAS Engineering services opportunities and market trends, and have at least 10 years of experience in working with Automotive software products and services. Your hands-on experience in system design, functional safety of real-time and safety-critical ADAS/AD systems, knowledge of SDV and ADAS System Architectures and Technologies, and proficiency in Functional Safety and Cybersecurity will be essential. Furthermore, your technical and business leadership skills, creativity in problem-solving, proactive nature, and ability to work effectively in a global, matrix organization will set you up for success in this role. Bonus points will be awarded if you bring existing relationships with HARMAN customers or possess German language skills. Platform/Middleware Architect (Android) Experience: 9-12+ Years Job Location: Bangalore/Pune System Engineer role main responsibility are responded to inquiries from clients and participants, manage customer meeting Android Automotive Middleware/Platform architect to design, develop the solutions for the next generation SDV, eCockpit and Infotainment systems on Android Automotive. Android Automotive to Middleware solutions for Audio, Media, Tuner, Connectivity, HAL, Graphics, Projection technologies and Inter-domain Communication in the context of an SDV. Architecture and Design in consultation with Customer Perform Hardware hands-on tasks as necessary to understand requirements Need basis - Execute any additional IT / defect analysis / fixing / testing Experienced & forward-thinking Middleware/Platform Architect with Android automotive background who is passionate about next generation SDV, eCockpit and Infotainment systems. Strong leadership, planning and organization skills. Mentoring skills to assist junior team members. Understanding of IVI, Cluster / Digital Cockpit domain and its requirements Main customer interface for all software related activities including customer design reviews, clarify and negotiate customer requirements. The person should be capable of understanding system requirements, derive software requirements and develop platform/middleware components. Good analytical, problem solving and logical thinking skills

Experience in working with Android Audio Framework or Audio HAL development. Strong knowledge of C/C++, and familiarity with Java/Kotlin in the context of Android. Experience with ALSA, TinyALSA, AudioFlinger, and other Linux/Android audio components. Solid understanding of embedded audio signal flow and processing. Familiarity with debugging tools like Audio HAL, SDV, GIT, Hypervisor, JNI, logcat, adb, systrace, and Perfetto.
