This is a full-time position for an experienced individual with a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree. You will be part of the FIS team, working on challenging issues in financial services and technology. The team you will be joining is responsible for the FIS Securities Processing Manager, a global real-time securities processing solution. The FIS Securities Processing Manager team works on enhancing, maintaining, and supporting client-specific customizations, regulatory projects, industry initiatives, and modernization projects. As a Scrum Master with 7-10 years of experience, including 5+ years in a Scrum Master role, you will facilitate Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices. Your responsibilities will include supporting Product Owners in backlog management, promoting self-organizing cross-functional teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and promoting continuous improvement throughout the product cycle. You should have experience in a Scrum Master role, familiarity with software development and SDLC cycle, excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques, good knowledge of other Agile frameworks, excellent communication and servant leadership skills, problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar field. A Scrum Master certification is a plus.
