Product Roadmap Ownership: Define, develop, and execute the product roadmap for the platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer support, and finance teams to drive product initiatives and ensure seamless execution. Backlog Prioritization: Prioritize the product backlog based on customer insights, market trends, business goals, and key product metrics. Requirement Documentation: Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), use stories, wireframes, and define key performance metrics for new features and initiatives. Quality Assurance & Product Acceptance: Establish product acceptance criteria and collaborate with QA teams to ensure that all features meet business and customer expectations before release. Data-Driven Decision Making: Continuously analyze product performance, user behavior, and post- launch metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Stakeholder Training, Communication & Product Marketing: Conduct training sessions for internal teams, including Support, Channel, and Field teams, to ensure a smooth rollout of new features and functionalities. Educational Qualification: MBA from a top school Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum) : 2 to 3 years in Product Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in an e-commerce or travel industry (experience in seller-side products is a plus). Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech); an MBA from a reputed institution is preferred. Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different teams. Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning. Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in working with web analytics tools and a strong inclination towards analyzing product performance metrics to drive decision-making.
