Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Tester to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing web and mobile applications , participating in Agile teams , and handling client communication . Youll be responsible for identifying bugs, writing test cases, and ensuring overall product quality. Role & responsibilities: Execute manual testing for web and mobile applications Participate in daily Scrum meetings and report QA status Handle client communication and support project delivery Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test plans Log, track, and retest bugs using tools like Jira , Mantis , or Azure Boards Conduct basic API testing using Postman Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business analysts Ensure timely delivery of quality features in Agile environments Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of Manual Testing methodologies Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Mantis, Azure Boards) Good exposure to testing both Mobile Apps and Web Applications Clear and confident communication skills verbal and written Experience working on Agile projects Ability to write comprehensive test cases and maintain test plans Basic SQL knowledge (Preferred, not mandatory) Basic API Testing using Postman Knowledge of Automation Testing using Selenium (Optional) Preferred candidate profile: Has strong attention to detail Is passionate about delivering quality software Can manage tasks independently Is eager to learn and grow in QA
