Skills Required:

Lead and facilitate all Scrum events Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Experience in Scrum master and have worked in SAFe Agile framework
Experience working with Agile teams and a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
Experience in coaching and mentoring teams
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence tool for Scrum Board management.
Excellent ability to lead meetings and discussions
Excellent Communication and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders
Ability to manage and resolve conflicts within the team and with stakeholders.
Understanding of software development life cycle
Experience in a financial services Payment Domain
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and remove impediments.
Assist the Product Owner with product backlog management, including refinement and prioritization.
Track and communicate team metrics
