Job Title:

Reports To: Agile Program Manager / Engineering Lead

Must be able to join in 30-45 days.

Work location is Pune, MH and Work from Office only.

AUTOMOTIVE

Job Summary:

Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners and technical leads to ensure backlog grooming and sprint readiness.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality automotive software.
Ensure alignment with automotive standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., ASPICE, ISO 26262).
Track and report key agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) using tools like Jira and Grafana.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:
9-13 years overall, with 3-4 years as a Scrum Master.
Certification:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent.
Technical Skills:

Cloud Platforms:
AWS
Programming Languages:
C#
DevOps Tools:
CI/CD pipelines, JFrog
Monitoring & Reporting:
Grafana
Project Management Tools:
Jira

Preferred Skills:

Experience in automotive software development or embedded systems.
Familiarity with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and QA.
