Educational Requirements:
2+ Years of Experience; At least 2 Years Agile project management Experience required; Scrum Master Certification a must. Demonstrated knowledge of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures. Proven ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail. Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision, and with other non-technical departments. Excellent communication and facilitation skills both verbal and written. Excellent Team Building and Empowerment Skills. Experience with ALM tools is a must.
