As an experienced IT or Business Analyst with over 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for various key tasks in an Agile environment. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the Product Owner, Business Users, and Technical Team to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements. You will be involved in writing user stories, managing scrum calls, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring the documentation conforms to standards. Your role will also involve facilitating the backlog grooming process, defining value and priority with the Product Owner, and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints. Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze new requests, you will determine if they are defects, new stories, modifications, or already covered in existing stories. Additionally, you will establish a requirements management strategy for the team and ensure that user stories meet quality criteria and are "Ready" for upcoming sprints. Furthermore, you will work with QA to develop and execute test plans based on appropriate coverage for the functionality being delivered. Your qualifications should include experience in Agile methodologies, strong digital acumen, and proficiency in various business analysis techniques. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for this role. Prior experience in handling RPA or process automation projects would be a significant advantage.
