Role & responsibilities Job Title: SCORM & eLearning Content Developer Location: [Your Location/Remote/Hybrid] Experience Level: 01 Year (Freshers Welcome) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and creative person to join our eLearning team as a SCORM & eLearning Content Developer. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in digital learning, instructional design, and multimedia content creation. You will support the development of interactive learning modules using authoring tools and ensure SCORM compliance for LMS deployment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing and developing engaging eLearning content using tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar. Package courses in SCORM-compliant formats for seamless LMS integration. Work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform content into interactive learning experiences. Test and troubleshoot SCORM content for functionality, usability, and performance on various LMS platforms. Support in creating multimedia elements like audio, video, animations, and graphics. Maintain documentation related to content development and versioning. Ensure consistency with brand, accessibility, and instructional standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia, Computer Science, or any related field. Basic understanding of eLearning concepts and SCORM standards. Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is a plus. Knowledge of basic graphic design or multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, illustrator) is advantageous. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and grow in the digital learning space. Note : This is a contractual role for 6 months on third party payroll.
