Role & responsibilities a) Expertise in design of Chillers such as Screw Chillers, Scroll Chillers, turbocor (oil free) . b) Experience in System design by using various software such as - Thermal `S', Compressor selection software, Coil Design Software, Piping, controls and Valve design softwares. Selection of Fans and Motores for air cooled chillers. Knowledge of various refrigerant R1234zd and R1234ze. c) Experience in testing and performance optimization of chillers d) Experience in Design optimization to meet the market acceptable cost of product. Knowledge of cost reduction and Value Engineering. e) Knowledge of various IS, AHRI and global Chiller Standards. f) Optimization of Heat Exchanger parts (Shells, Tube sheets etc) to reduce weight g) Knowledge of development of P&I D for customized chillers h) Knowledge of operation and control logic of chillers i) Knowledge of chiller performance trouble shooting on test beds j) Knowledge of reduction of Noise levels in Chillers. Preferred candidate profile The candidate should have knowledge of Design of Air cooled and Water Cooled Chillers
