Physical Walkin at Chennai and Bangalore Location Title : Design Engineer Actuators- Scotch Yoke Rack & Pinion Company: HARITA TECHSERV (TVS GROUP) Job Location : Bangalore Role & responsibilities Proficient in 3D CAD software, preferably Solidworks, and in use of any design Analytical tools for FEA. Experience design calculations in compliance with ASME or ISO standards. Good handle on GD&T and International Standards for materials. General familiarity with manufacturing processes, including MOST of the following: castings, forgings, stamping, machining, EDM, welding, heat treat, tempering, plating, etc. Exposure to quality, reliability, certification, PoD testing, etc. is desirable Exposure to mechanical assembly & testing of prototypes and production samples is desirable. Exposure to mechanical, hydraulic/ pneumatic systems design, besides working knowledge of instrumentation/electrical systems is desirable.
