You are a highly skilled Senior Manager responsible for leading technical project management efforts in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain. Your role involves overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, and fostering collaboration across technical and functional teams. You will need extensive experience in project planning, resource allocation, and delivery management, with a strong background in Java or DevOps technologies. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing technical projects within the SCM domain, overseeing the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), developing and implementing project plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving DevOps initiatives, identifying project risks, and mentoring development teams. You will also be required to communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions to stakeholders and senior management. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in IT project management focusing on Java or DevOps technologies. A proven track record of managing large-scale projects in the SCM domain, a strong understanding of supply chain processes and ERP/SCM systems, expertise in DevOps tools and Java-based frameworks, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Possession of certifications such as PMP or SAFe Agile would be advantageous. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, India.
